By accessing or using Brain Freeze, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use Brain Freeze.

About Brain Freeze

Brain Freeze is designed to help users organize and manage freezer inventory, including item IDs, categories, quantities, dates, locations, photos, barcode information, reminders, notes, and item history.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the information you enter into Brain Freeze and for maintaining the security of your account and devices. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use Brain Freeze for unlawful purposes.

Accounts and cloud backup

Some Brain Freeze features may allow you to create an account and synchronize or back up supported information using cloud services. You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and keeping your login information secure.

Cloud backup and synchronization features are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed to prevent every instance of data loss. You should not rely on Brain Freeze as the sole storage location for information that is important to you.

Your content and data

You retain ownership of information and content you provide to Brain Freeze. You grant Brain Freeze permission to process, store, transmit, and display that information only as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the service and provide features you choose to use.

Food safety

Brain Freeze provides inventory, date-tracking, and reminder tools for convenience. It does not determine whether food is safe to eat. Dates, reminders, storage information, and other information provided through Brain Freeze should not replace appropriate food safety practices, official guidance, or your own judgment.

Service availability

Brain Freeze may be changed, updated, interrupted, or discontinued as the service develops. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Intellectual property

Brain Freeze, its branding, design, software, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant permission to copy, sell, redistribute, reproduce, or create unauthorized derivative works from Brain Freeze or its proprietary content.

Suspension and termination

Access to Brain Freeze may be limited, suspended, or terminated when reasonably necessary to protect the service, its users, or others; address misuse or unlawful activity; comply with legal obligations; or discontinue the service.

Disclaimer

Brain Freeze is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We make no guarantee that the service will meet every requirement or that all information, reminders, synchronization, backups, or other features will always be accurate, complete, or available.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Brain Freeze and its owners and operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including loss of data, missed reminders, or loss resulting from unavailable or interrupted features.

Changes to these terms

These Terms of Use may be updated as Brain Freeze develops. Changes will be reflected on this page along with an updated revision date. When required by applicable law, additional notice or consent will be provided.
